For postage out -side of Spain the additional cost has to be added according to the prices in Shipping.

Terms of delivery and payment of Plata y Color.

Validity
All orders are accepted and executed exclusively on our terms as shown below.
2. Prices
All prices are in EURO and excluded VAT. Payments received in foreign currency are credited at the resp. Euro amounts as received from our bank
3. Orders
Orders are accepted by email. They can be cancelled within one week. I will email my mailing adress to you after I receive your order.No minimum order.
4. Complaints
Any complaint can be accepted only if made within 7 days after receiving the goods.The returning of the goods to us needs our written confirmation by mail.
Custom made articles are excluded from this.
When you return the goods to us they have to be packed in a way that no damage can occur to them.
The customer is in charge of the postage.
5. Delivery
Delivery will be made within agreed time, provided no unexpected delays will occur. We do not grant compensation for delays or cancellation of the delivery.
We can not be accounted for loss of small parcels.
Goods can be delivered in 15 to 30 days, less if we got them in stock and always after we mail you requering you for the necessary information to delivery.
All our goods are well-packed.
6. Damage
Damages during transport or damaged goods have to be reported to Plata y Color immediately.
7. Dispatch
Deliveries are made for the account and risk of the buyer and by the agreed mode of transportation.
All costs occurring with the shipment as postage, packing and insurance are to buyer´s charge.
8. Payment
European customers please pay in Euro via bank transfer.

9. Reservation of Proprietor
All goods delivered remain our property until all debts resulting from this transaction are fully settled.
10. Garantee
Should goods be found faulty the seller reserves the right to repair these or send free replacement after the buyer did return the claimed goods. Claims for damages must not exceed the value of the goods.
Penalty for breach of contract is excluded.
Some silver jewelry or beads and fittings may change or loose color due to intensive sunlight or skin contact.
This is no reason for complaint.
We also cannot accept claims on slight deviations in size, color shade or weight which cannot be avoided despite careful production.

11. Personal Data
Your data needed to execute the order are confidential (name, address, email) and will not be passed on to third persons.
13. Competency
Place of fulfillment of contract, payment and litigation is Llanes.
All business and disputes resulting from it are subject to spanish law.
